Jardine has a unique hiring process:

The first of many client meetings will be around understanding the organisation, its business drivers, and its culture, skillsets and competency requirements for the position to be filled. We will at this point agree the process and the timescales and the fees of the assignment. We’ll first spend the time to get to know how our clients work and the culture within their company. Numerous meetings will be held to gain a full understand of exactly what they are looking for in their new candidates.
From our meetings we will write a detailed assignment specification, which will include the company profile, the job specification, candidate profile, the remuneration package and other essential requirements. This will confirm to you that we both understand each other’s needs and roles. This will be also shared with prospective clients at the meeting stage.
At this point we will agree with you the target list of companies to headhunt into and identify potential candidates to approach in an extremely confidential and discrete manner. Where advertising is required, a advertising strategy mediaplan and tactics will be discussed with you and implemented.At this stage we also engage the services of our industry expert advisors on their opinion on the way forward.
This will be the stage where face to face competency based interviews for all suited clients will be carried out and this will happen in the city where the position is located. The interviews will have both a formal and informal stage.
At this point we work with the best of industry behavioural and psychographic profilers to have formal testing of the candidates to ensure they meet the characteristics of the needs of you, the client. We also test for their ethical and creative abilities.
Contender shortlist is presented face to face with the client which includes all interview notes and profile reports, test results and CV etc… Our aim is to brief you in detail on the entire capability of the client. At this point we will also work with you in the final interviews of potential clients.
We provide a total end to end solution and act as a main point of contact for clients and candidates to ensure the headhunting process runs smoothly from presentation of shortlist through to successful placement of candidate taking candidates and the client through offer stage, counter offer and acceptance. We also assist in ensuring a smooth start to the job.
